We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and large events in the spring and fall when demand is highest. For most events, 4–6 weeks in advance is enough lead time. For large tented events or chiavari chairs, we suggest 4–6 months ahead. That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests when we can, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon.
