Event AV is one of the most technically complex parts of event production, and one of the easiest things to get wrong when you hire the wrong vendor. The Aries Co. keeps our AV operation entirely in-house. Our team handles the full scope: system design, equipment delivery, setup, operation, and strike. Sound Systems & Speaker Setups: From a single speaker and wireless microphone for a small ceremony to a full line-array sound system for a large ballroom event, we design and install audio systems scaled to your venue and your guest count. Projection & Screens: High-lumen projectors and projection screens in a range of sizes for presentations, slideshows, wedding photo displays, video playback, and large-format visual content. Video Display & LED Screens: For events where a traditional projection screen isn’t the right fit — or where the ambient light is too high for projected image quality — we offer video display and LED screen solutions that deliver crisp, bright visuals in any lighting environment. Monogram & Gobo Lighting A custom monogram or gobo projection is one of the most elegant and personal touches available for a wedding or upscale event. We project custom initials, logos, patterns, or designs onto dance floors, walls, ceilings, and draping, creating a detail that’s uniquely yours and photographs beautifully. Monogram lighting is available as a standalone add-on or as part of a full lighting and AV package.
